Inspirefest Family Fringe
Inspirefest 2016 returns to Dublin this summer with another impressive, must-see festival with leading-edge thinkers, amazing networking and investment opportunities and impactful insights into the sci-tech industry.
As part of the festival, the Family Fringe will also be making a return to Merrion Square. Taking place on the morning of 2 July, from 10am to 1pm, this event will give hundreds of families the opportunity to get hands-on with and take part in a host of sci-tech and craft activities.
Irish STEAM community groups such as CoderDojo, Girls Hack Ireland, GameCraft, TOG, Hardie Kids, Coding Grace, TCD Walton Club, Physics Buskers and Dublin Maker will be present and offering a whole range of activities. From coding and hardware hacking workshops to interactive exhibitions and games, there will be a wide variety of activities for children and adults alike.
Admission to the Family Fringe is entirely free. All materials and equipment needed are provided. It is recommended you register for workshops but there will be spaces for drop-ins on the day.
